IPCOM ACQUIRES SPECIALIST INSULATION SUPPLIES Ltd.
IPCOM, the leading European specialist in the distribution and conversion of technical insulation, today announced the acquisition of Specialist Insulation Supplies Ltd (“SIS”), a renowned distributor of technical insulation materials.
SIS, based North-East of London (UK), has been operating since 1962 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 11 people. They are well known for their first class service and advice, especially for the supply of insulation for pipework and ductwork.
Wayne Rose, Managing Director of SIS commented: “IPCOM will be an excellent partner for SIS. We are confident they can help us expand our product offering and knowledge and continue our growth. We are looking forward to working together with the teams of IBSL/MW, who joined IPCOM earlier this year.
