IPCOM, the leading European specialist in the distribution and conversion of technical insulation, today announced the acquisition of K&G Distribution Ltd. (“K&G”), a renowned distributor and converter of technical insulation materials, ventilation equipment, and accessories.

K&G, based in Liverpool, operates from 6 branches in England. K&G has been operating since 2017 as a converter and distributor of technical insulation products and employs 87 people. They have a very experienced team that can offer a combination of standard and custom made technical insulation products, ventilation products and accessories.
